1. Shipping Policy
You can pick-up your items between Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 in our office right in the heart of Munich:

We might not have all items on stick right away. Some items are ordered and printed on demand. Please contact us for your preferred items and pick-up options: firstname.lastname@example.org
EUROPEAN SHIPPING (except Switzerland)
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. We will make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible.
If you are based in Europe, you will receive your package within 2-3 weeks with the exception of Greece: we could see extended shipping times and huge delays for Greek islands. Sometimes orders take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
If you are based in Europe and order above EUR 70,- your shipping charges are lifted and we will send the items to you free of charge. The free shipping does not apply for Switzerland unfortunately.

If you need the item within 2-3 weeks, we work with DHL to make sure items arrive much faster than our standard procedures.

2. Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as sun creme, face masks or earrings cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items (e.g. face masks)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to email@example.com
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. An automated refund to your original payment method will be issued (e.g. Paypal, credit card). The refund to your credit card usually takes 2-3 days to show on your account. You will receive a full (or partial) refund on your order. Please note that we cannot refund more than what you had originally paid. We will refund your item together with the paid shipping charges. If no shipping has been paid, we are very sorry to say that your shipping charges cannot be refunded. If we had made a mistake on your order, we will take over the shipping fees accordingly.

EXCHANGES OF YOUR ORDER
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Hildegardstrasse 11, 80539 Munich, Germany.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us for a new order. Your old order will be refunded upon arrival to our Munich office.
